Laser Pianist is also known as Cornel Oprea, a renowned pianist who has played on the world-renowned Orient Express train as well as 5-star hotels and venues aroundthe world including Caffe Florian, Venice, London Dorchester, Claridges, and The Savoy.
He is also resident pianist every year at Royal Ascot’s Royal Enclosure as well as playing annually at tennis event of the year, Wimbledon.
Classically trained, Cornel also plays jazz, Bollywood, charts, R’n’B, soul, pop, modern, rock, musicals and films and evergreen.
Cornel has collaborated with Grammy award-winning Vanessa Williams for the 2017 Special Olympics.
His work has taken him to Vienna, Venice, Paris, Rome, Basel, Istanbul, Rio de Janeiro and more and he has played for Sir Elton John, Nicole Kidman, Martin Scorsese, Pierce Brosnan , Al Bano, Nick Nolte , Oasis Band, Roman Abramovich ,Prince Albert of Monaco, Princess Al-Sabah of Kuwait, Jacques Chirac, and many others.
His band was also hired by the Versace family to play at a wedding and has also played at Saudi businessman billionaire Sheikh Walid Juffali's wedding in Venice.
